Nuestra Historia

Sazón is the part you taste but can't measure.

Our abuela's recipes travelled from Jalisco in a notebook held together with tape. Two generations later we still toast the guajillos by hand, still let the pastor marinate overnight, still argue about the salsa.

Nothing frozen, nothing rushed — just fire, citrus, chile and a lot of sun.
